  1. FORMAT71 is the Formatter 7.1 by Fred Deutsch.  This .ACC that you can
  2. move around your monitor screen will format drive A or B with 80-83
  3. tracks, 9-11 sectors per track (up to a 920K+ format!), verify your
  4. format or not, erase your disk, and mark bad sections on the disk, or
  5. not.  This is a full featured formatter, but I must say it is painfully
  6. slow when verifying your disks.  Color or mono.  No docs.
